30 DAYS RETURNS

Need to make a return? Here’s what you need to know and do:

  1. Check the Returns Policy: Ensure items meet the requirements outlined below.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Send items to the address listed below within 30 days, including a note with:
    • Your Name
    • Order Number
    • Returns Request (indicate if you’d like a refund, size exchange, or store credit).

RETURNS POLICY

We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items if you’re not completely satisfied. See specific guidelines below:

General Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition (no marks, makeup, fake tan, glitter, or lotions).
  • Briefs/thongs must be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Product packaging seals must remain unbroken or undamaged.
  • Items must be re-saleable with all labels, tags, and packaging intact.

Category-Specific Policies

  1. Hosiery & Bodystockings: Opened hosiery (e.g., stockings, tights, socks) or bodystockings cannot be returned unless faulty.
  2. Nipple Covers: Opened nipple covers, pasties, or adhesive bras cannot be returned unless faulty.
  3. Cosmetics & Adult Toys: Cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
  4. Bracli Products: Products with a pearl crotch are non-returnable once opened. Bras, babydolls, and gloves are returnable under the general policy.
  5. Gift Cards & Gift Boxes: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

For international returns, clearly label the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs documents to avoid additional charges.


RETURNS TIMESCALES

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • If you’d prefer store credit, please indicate this in your returns request.
  • UK Orders: Size exchanges are available for UK customers only. Unfortunately, we cannot process size exchanges for international orders.

NOTES

  • Obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We aim to process returns promptly. While returns are often processed on the day of receipt, allow up to 14 days for completion.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us via email with your order number and details. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
