At Dreamy Nightwear, we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives discreetly and securely.
- Order by 3:30 PM Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch with Royal Mail.
- Order by 1:00 PM Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch with DHL Express. Please note, DHL Express does not deliver on weekends as standard. Orders placed by 1:00 PM on Fridays will aim for a Monday delivery.
- Orders placed after the cut-off times will be processed the following working day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES
- UK Orders: VAT is charged for UK-based deliveries.
- EU Orders: As of November 20, 2023, taxes are included for EU orders up to €150 EUR. Orders above this amount cannot be processed.
- Non-UK & EU Orders: Customers are responsible for paying import taxes, duties, and customs fees. Please verify your local import policies before placing an order. Dreamy Nightwear is not liable for any additional charges upon delivery.
